PUBLICATIONS ============ Abstracts of the reports, accepted to be listened at the conference, will be issued as a separate booklet before the conference. High quality reports made and approved at the conference are going to be published as a special issue of the journal "Herald of Vinnitsa Polytechnical Institute", which is recognized by Higher Attestation Commission of Ukraine as one of the journals which can publish materials of Ph.D. and Dr.Sc. dissertations. PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDE ====================== 1.The length of the abstract should be one full-page A4-size printed in one of the conference languages. The abstract should be submitted together with an application form. 2.The length of the report is 3-7 pages A4-size, printed in one of the conference languages. 3.Besides printed materials in order to speed up issuing of the conference materials you should send the materials (WinWord file) on the 3,5" diskette or by e-mail. 4.Materials should be printed by ink jet or laser printer in 2 copies. One of the copies is signed by the authors. Mark number of the pages on the back side of sheet in pencil. 5.Margins are: left - 33mm; right - 30mm; upper - 25 mm; lower - 30mm. CONFERENCE SITE =============== The MCCS-2001 will take place in Vinnitsa City. Vinnitsa is situated on the banks of the river Southern Bug and it is the center of the one of the most picturesque regions of Ukraine - Podillia. Wonderful natural landscapes are interlaced here with urbanized civilization and this creates the unique color. The history of the city dates back to the 14th century and during this period wars and revolutions were alternated with the times of rebuilding and prosperity. It is reflected in different historical monuments. Life and creative work of many outstanding people are connected with Vinnitsa and Podillia, among them there are Michael Kotsubinskyj, Onore de Balsak, Alexander Pushkin, Peter Tchaikovskij, Nikolay Pirogov, Alexander Suvorov and others. ACCOMADATION ============== The participants of the conference are planned to reside in the university campus or in the hotels of Vinnitsa (prices per nigth: single room - 10-15$; double room - 15-20$). The university campus is a walking distance from the Conference Hall. Travel time from the hotels is 10-30 min. by a car or public transport.
