It aims at bringing together researchers and practitioners concerned with knowledge management, organizational learning, or experience handling in software process improvement. This year's event includes keynotes by Scott Henninger (Department of Computer Science & Engineering, University of Nebraska - Lincoln, USA) and by Franz Lehner (Faculty of Business and Economics, University of Regensburg, Germany). In addition, a panel on 'Knowledge Creating Communities' is organized by Dietmar Janetzko (Institute of Computer Science & Social Research, University of Freiburg Germany).
