The LSO workshop series is designed as a communication forum that
addresses the questions of organizational learning from a software point

of view and builds upon existing work on knowledge management and
organizational learning. It aims at bringing together researchers and
practitioners concerned with knowledge management, organizational
learning, or experience handling in software process improvement.

This year's event includes keynotes by Scott Henninger (Department of
Computer Science & Engineering, University of Nebraska - Lincoln, USA)
and by Franz Lehner (Faculty of Business and Economics, University of
Regensburg, Germany). In addition, a panel on 'Knowledge Creating
Communities' is organized by Dietmar Janetzko (Institute of Computer
Science & Social Research, University of Freiburg Germany). Abstracts of
