We are currently extending our group in the course of two
new IST-projects: On-to-knowledge and Ibrow. Both are on the
use of Ontologies for advanced access on information and knowledge.
On-to-knowledge is on improving knowledge management with
heterogeneous, distributed, and weakly structured information
source. Ibrow is on shifting software from a product you buy to
a knowledgeable service you access on the Web.

We are looking for research fellows at various levels of
experience. We provide a stimulating environment for research and
with Amsterdam an exciting place to life. Salaries will be defined
according to your acquired experience. Positions will run for three years
with perspective on possible extensions. The positions are available
from January 2000, however, later dates for starting contracts may
be possible.
