| Unilever Research currently has a vacancy for a postdoctoral fellow to carry out research in text analysis or agent based systems. To apply you will possess a PhD in computational linguistics, computer science, mathematics, statistics, AI, electronic engineering or a related discipline. The fellow will receive a gross salary of 3528 euro per month and the post in tenable for two years.
To be eligible you must meet the following criteria taken from the European Union guidelines:
* You must have a finished your PhD or have 4 years full-time postgraduate experience other than PhD studies.
* You must be a national of one of the European Union countries (or associated State), with the exception of the United Kingdom, or be resident in European Union for at least the last 5 years.
* You may not have been based in the United Kingdom for more than 12 months in the 2 years prior to selection by Unilever.
* You should not be employed by Unilever or an affiliated organisation at the time of selection.
* You should not have been employed in research in industry / commercial enterprise for more than 12 months after graduation.
