| IRST has an opening for a position in Case Based Reasoning.
The successful candidates will join the Automated Reasoning Systems
division, lead by Paolo Traverso, an interdisciplinary group who is
active in the area of Agents, Distributed Data Bases, Case Based
Reasoning (CBR), Machine Learning, Planning, and Formal Methods.
The position is for a maximum period of three years, to
be renewed each year, and can be further extended at the
end of the three years depending on the scientific results obtained,
on the technology transfer projects acquired, and on the opportunity
judged by the institute to continue this research. The salary is
about 50 Million Liras plus pension per year.
The interested candidates should send a resume plus names and

clear under which circumstances these people have known the
