| We are seeking a senior statistical modeler with experience building behavior scores and scorecards in the financial services industry. The candidate must have experience with modern statistical methods including linear and nonlinear regression and machine learning techniques.
Intelligent Results is located in Bellevue, Washington. We would prefer a candidate who is willing to relocate to the Seattle area but are willing to consider people who wish to work remotely.
Requirements
We require a hands on analyst who is able to work independently with minimal supervision or assistance.
The candidate must have sufficient experience to anticipate customer needs and suggest alternative approaches to data analysis problems.
The candidate must be able to develop a good verbal and written rapport with clients.
Advanced degree in statistics or a related field.
Minimum 3 years experience building models for either a financial institution or a vendor supplying scoring.
Experience
Experience designing, evaluating, and implementing account strategies is a strong advantage. Significant experience with some statistical packages (such as SAS, S-plus, or R).
Familiarity with programming languages (such as C or Java) and scripting languages (such as Perl or Python) is a definite advantage.
