Within our talented and dynamic Analytcal Services group, the Campaign Management Specialist will participate in multiple engagements and will assist the team in providing technology based services. The Campaign Management Specialist will interface often with senior management and clients and will utilize strong communication and analytical skills to deliver creative solutions. Work is diversified and challenging, and requires perception of both technical and business focused dynamics. Responsibilities:
Utilize in-depth background in Unica (or similar campaign management tools) to build a flawless campaign management environment. Analyze the client infrastructure, and data repository utilizing technical and strategical knowledge. Consult with business profesionals in evaluating the business implications of the results.
Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel. Participate in client meetings and collaborate to plan the engagement. Interface with client to gather requirements and business flow. Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to assist with delivering final presentation to client.
Commit to developing knowledge. Use technology to continually learn, share knowledge with team members, and enhance service delivery. Respect/protect client information. Maintain an educational program to continually develop skills.



Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for in-depth analysis of information and creating various marketing initiatives. The candidate will support other consultants in recommending campaign management strategies based upon complex tasks. He or she will conduct and coordinate inter-departmental projects and coordinate the projects with outside vendors when applicable.
To qualify for this excellent career opportunity, candidates must have:
• an undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering (preferably computer science), mathematics, and/or other related major from a globally reputable university Master's or advanced degree in a quantitative discipline (Ph.D.) is a plus.
• approximately 3 years of working experience performing consultancy on campaign management
• experience and skills on working within a complex environment with demonstrated capabilities in organizing, translating, and presenting
• solid computer skills in Unica and/or other campaign management tools;
• customer relationship management (CRM) experience is preferred
• strong technical skills and the demonstrated ability to creatively solve complex problems
• excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

The successful candidate must be willing and able to travel in Europe, Turkey and Middle East, when necessary.
