Description

 

Applications are invited from well qualified candidates for the position of Senior Researcher at the Hamilton Institute.
The successful candidate will be an outstanding researcher who can demonstrate an exceptional research track record or
significant research potential at international level one or more of the following areas:

Statistical machine learning, particularly in the context of time series analysis and probabilistic reasoning, human-computer
interaction and hybrid systems.

Stability & control theory for hybrid & nonlinear systems

Safety-critical communication & networking

We are looking for leaders who will be a vital part of the future growth and development of the Institute. A strong commitment
to research excellence, developing research partnerships, and the ability to establish a dynamic and world class research
programme are essential. This is a unique opportunity to join a vibrant research group which is committed to research excellence
and is currently undergoing substantial expansion. Where appropriate, the possibility exists to fund Ph.D/postdoctoral positions
in direct support of senior posts.
