| Suramin analogues act as anti-cancer agents by interfering with the formation of blood vessels for the tumor. Using the atomic structure and bond relationships present in suramin compounds, the task for an ILP system is to discover structural features that can be used to improve such compounds. Formally, this goal is closely related to the problem studied in connection with the Alzheimer's disease. The used data are taken from [Braddock], their structure and the language applied are closely related to the Alzheimer's case.
